Between Tides: A study of movement, style, and place

Following Candace Swanepoel, Irina Shayk, and Joan Smalls throughout Tulum for 3 days these pieces of social content were about building out Tropic of C's brand narrative and their partnership with Revolve. Each video has a unique setting and feel.
Rather than forcing a single look or narrative, we stayed responsive—moving through locations, adjusting in real time, and letting each setting inform its own tone and rhythm.By working this way, every piece of content developed its own identity while still contributing to a larger story. The result was a series of social videos that felt lived-in and natural, expanding Tropic of C’s brand world while reinforcing its partnership with Revolve. This project reflects how Chicken Dinner builds narrative through presence and instinct—staying close to the work, embracing unpredictability, and shaping content through real experience rather than predefined formulas.
